These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bos01 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bos01. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including all appendices, supplementary rules, and referenced policies.
Access to and use of the bos01 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:
Each User may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different email address, or via a different device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bos01 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the User from the Platform.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. bos01 will use this information to fulfil its KYC obligations and to contact you regarding your Account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bos01 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be attributed to you regardless of whether you authorised that activity, unless you have notified bos01 of unauthorised access promptly upon discovering it.
bos01 conducts KYC verification in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit, at our request: a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national ID card / KTP, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months, and documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited. KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing withdrawals above threshold amounts and for the removal of any account-level deposit limits applied during provisional registration.
bos01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Indonesian payment channels, including: local bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; and digital wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits made via BI-FAST-enabled bank transfers are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your bank. Deposits via e-wallets are generally instant. bos01 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges for which bos01 accepts no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are set in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts during standard processing hours are typically processed within ten (10) minutes. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours may be queued for processing at the commencement of the next processing window. bos01 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard. bos01 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time, including applying temporary lower limits during periods of heightened compliance review. Users may request a review of their limits by contacting the support team and providing supporting KYC documentation.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bos01 reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 from the dormant Account balance after the initial twelve-month period. Once the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Users may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing any pending KYC requirements.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by bos01 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is issued. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion prevail. bos01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a User has already opted in and the promotion terms explicitly restrict modification.
Bonus Credit is subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any portion of the Bonus Credit or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. For example, a welcome bonus subject to a 5x rollover on the bonus amount means that a User receiving Bonus Credit of Rp 500.000 must place aggregate qualifying wagers of Rp 2.500.000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Wagers placed on certain game types (as specified in the promotion terms) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying rollover requirements.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting wagers to generate guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner that bos01 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the offer — constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bos01 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Credit and winnings, and to close any Account involved in bonus abuse without liability.
No User has an automatic entitlement to any bonus, promotion, or reward. bos01 may at its discretion exclude specific Users from individual promotions, or from all promotions, at any time. This includes but is not limited to Users who have previously breached these Terms & Conditions or whose betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity incompatible with recreational play.
All sports betting markets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian handicap, mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (handicap spread) — are governed by the specific market rules published within the Platform for each sport and competition. Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified studios operate under the rules published by those studios. Togel (numbers lottery) draw results are determined by officially published draw outcomes from licensed draw operators. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the Platform's official settlement record is determinative.
bos01 reserves the right to void any wager in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds or game parameters; evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity affecting the underlying event; technical failure affecting the integrity of the outcome; or where the wager was placed after the event to which it relates has concluded.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the bos01 brand name, logo, visual design, software, databases, game content, odds data, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive property of bos01 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No User may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bos01. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
bos01 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that bos01 may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required to fulfil its legal and compliance obligations. bos01 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos01 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — in relation to the Platform and its services. bos01 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your access to and use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
In no event shall bos01, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if bos01 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, bos01's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bos01 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity; failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable period; or a determination by bos01 that continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable compliance risk. Upon closure, any balance legitimately held in the Account — excluding Bonus Credit and any funds subject to an active investigation — will be returned to the User via the payment method on record.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bos01 customer support. Before closure is finalised, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that voluntary self-exclusion may prevent you from reinstating your Account for the duration of the exclusion period specified at the time of the request.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos01 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through bos01's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents bos01 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable Indonesian law. bos01 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so of their own volition and at their own legal risk.
bos01 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect User rights in a substantive way — bos01 will publish a notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 11.2.
The version of these Terms & Conditions published on the Platform at the time of any relevant event shall be the version applicable to that event. Archived versions of previous Terms & Conditions are available upon request by contacting bos01 customer support.
